I'm so not happy

I made a laybye in October for my child's clothes to avoid the chrismas rush. So on friday the 13th/12/2013 I went there with my identity document to take out the laybye the guy responsible for the laybyes wasn't so helpful and said he couldn't find it. I came back Saturday the 14th/12/2013 with the laybye slip and my identity document the guy said the same thing and he offered me a refund said there were many laybyes and it will take forever my question was isn't that your job discription was very disappointed and I'm still confused as to how they loose the laybyes aren't there any system they use to retrieve the laybyes made. I had to shop for clothes again and yet I thought I had the clothes for my baby!
