I wanted to lay-bye a pair of tekkies, i was told that only 3 items or more can be accepted for lay-bye, i then took two more items (socks and slippers) to make three items, Thabile told me that they can still not accept my lay-bye because the items are too small and they might be lost where they are stored, and that it is the rule that is applicable to their store (Arcadia). I was disappointed because this is the only Pep store nearby and this means that we will never be able to make any laybye in this store, unless if i buy a load of items to make it a bigger parcel, i wish the manager can change the system so that every customer is accomodated for laybyes.
