Extremely disgusted with the service, Made a laybye in May 2013, it states on slip that regular payments should be made, however nowhere does it say that the laybye will be cancelled if payments is not made, laybye expiry date is 18 August 2013, and when i went to the store on the 29 June 2013 to pickup laybye i was advised that this has been cancelled and placed back onto the floor, workers refused to get these items from the floor so that i could pay for it and refused to give back my deposit of the laybye.. I will be taking this matter further as i am highly disgusted by the type of service and therefor will never buy anythng from PEP STORES again.
