Aggitative behaviour of staff at checkout

Yesterday 20 September I went to the Promenade branch and found some items I wanted to pay cash for and others I wanted to laybye. This is however not my first time for laybye things at this branch. When i came to the till the lady there very upruptly told me the laybye programme is not working and after i tild her that i was going to pay cash for some items she seemed very agitated as if i was wasting her time. Her whole demeanour was very off putting and I told her you don't need to use that tone of voice with me. One f the other ladies told her to put the items in a bag and add my details so when the system is up and running they will contact me. Yet still it seemed as if it was an effort for her. This persons whole bdoy language and attitude was very distrubing and i really think that she should be trained as how to deal with customers. She seemed as if every move she needed to make to process this transaction was an effort. I seriously didn't appreciate the behviour of this person and wish that you address it as a matter of urgency. I also just hope to still see whether i will be contacted to sort out the laybye once the system is up and running.
