In reference to my previous post: laybye lost. I just wanted to thank the management of kenillwoth ackermans store and the head office for going the extra mile to find the items of my lost laybye. The response time in trying to sort out the issue was above my expectations. I received a call from ackermans customer service within 15 minutes of posting my complaint and within 4 hours they found items of the laybye and delivered it to my home. They search all stores and even suppliers to correct the issue and show that as a customer I was valued. The follow up service was excellent. I received regular phone calls from ackermans to make sure I was happy. Iv been in shopping at the store and greeted with smiles and will continue being a loyal customer. Thank you to Estelle, Pam from the store and to the regional manger as well as customer service for a job well done
