I placed an order with FNB for a smart device, I was contacted by this Digital planet company that supplies the devices and was told that the device will be delivered in 5 days. The lady took my details down etc. Received an sms on 17/12/2013, device will be delivered between 8am and 5pm. I phoned them to inform them that
I am only at the given delivery address until 1pm this week and would prefer delivery during the morning just to find out that they got my address wrong. No attempt was made to furnish me with a specific time. Received an sms again at around 18.00 on 17/12/2013" we tried to deliver your order today, we will contact you again to reschedule" who tried to deliver, there was no delivery person at my address??? SMS received again on 18/12/2013, device will be delivered between 8am and 5pm?? what part of 1pm don't these people understand? Sent two e-mails also, no response I phoned again, address still incorrect on system, corrected it again, they will arrange delivery for 19/12/2013 after 11am, well no delivery... phoned now again, they promised to get back to me, well see about that.
