The supplier contacted me on Tuesday 19/11/2013 to arrange delivery in the next 3 working days. I explained that I am a consultant and do not work at the same place every day. They then arranged for the driver to phone me on the day of delivery and also took my residential address.
On Thursday 21/11/2013 I get a c all from the estate where I live that the delivery company is there. No phone call. I then phoned digital planet who then "arranged" for the delivery to happen at 3 PM on Friday 22/11/2013. Being a consultant I bill by the hour and time away from work is not easily obtained, but I left work early on Friday to be home by 3 PM.
At 4 PM I phoned digital planet again only for them to confirm that the delivery company will still contact me on the day and that delivery will still happen.
It is now Saturday morning and I have not seen or heard ANYTHING from the delivery company, This is bad customer service.
