Delivery of Macbook Pro

Ordered a Macbook Pro through FNB on the 22nd of December 2012. I was informed that my order had been received - I was informed the company (Digital Planet) that deals with the delivery of the device only reopens on the 7th of January, which I completely understand.

I received my first correspondence from Digital Plante via SMS on the 8th of Jan - confirming my order. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from them, informing me that delivery will take place within the next three working days (this was then reconfirmed with another SMS). I was told that only I can take delivery of the device - with my ID book (which I have to make a copy of and hand over to the person that will be delivering the device). I requested a delivery date and was told that one can't be confirmed - I have meetings to attend and can't wait around the entire day - especially for three days. So I was told to phone every morning to 'check' IF & when delivery will take place for that day. I have done so every morning and was told this morning that the device had not even been received at their warehouse(!), let alone dispatched to Cape Town!? I was told that delivery may take place sometime next week??!
