So,
I needed a water radiator tank for a Ford Focus ST, drove all the way to Hillfox, Midas, showed them what tank I needed and placed an order. Within 2 days they did not once contact me, I had to continuously phone back and follow up on my order. The day I was supposed to pick the tank up, I phoned them and asked if I could come through and fetch it. Firstly they ordered the wrong tank. AGAIN, so congrats on your smartness there, secondly they failed to call me and tell me it was the wrong tank. Well done on your follow ups guys.
Thirdly, the guy who assisted me had a disgusting attitude towards me and gave me horrid service.
Pull your socks up.
I am disgusted at how you treat your customers.
Now I had to go all the way to CBD and order the CORRECT tank!
