Foshini Clothing store simlpy refuses to close my account. I paid all the outstanding balances but they simply refuse to close my account. I contacted the call center but could not be assisted. I do not WANT the account anymore. I have a right to close it. So foshini please take all your call center agents and teach them how an account must be closed when a customer does not want it anymore. I willingly opened the account so can i please willingly close it as well... Your service is very disgusting and your agents are clueless. They keep transferring me to a department where the phone just rings with no answer. I do not care what or how you do it. I do not want that account anymore..
