Being the only stockist of Babylis products I expected a little more courtesy. I bought a hair iron from clicks, I do have nclub card but never use it. I also moved house between the time that I owned the hair iron and during my moving of house I might have discarded the box. Just to add I have a Babylis hair crimper as well. The manager at clicks refused to assist me because I never had the box or didn't use my clicks card to purchase the item.
I cannot understand what they were implying because I never asked them for a new one I was looking to fix my iron.
Im really disappointed because firstly Babylis products don't come cheap and secondly I'm fully aware of my tights as a consumer and all my rights were violated!
