I paid up my Jet account and requested for it to be closed. However, it's been almost a month now and they haven't closed and each time I phone they tell me there's a balance. I have explained that this balance was put on after I paid the account up and requested the closure. I'm really upset about this because they charging me interest and funeral plans on this account that I requested to be closed. I've spoken to over 3 customer services agents and they don't want to close my account.
