I have a cheque account with Standard Bank, which I've been trying to close for a 3 weeks now. I keep getting charged on it. And now I just paid R95 into it to try close it and the consultants are still telling me I can't close it. And I keep getting charged on it. I DO NOT WANT THE account anymore. And want to close it NOW. Why the are they giving me a run around.
