I paid my account in full and was told in order to close it i should call customercare on 0219387666. i have tried phoning for the past three days and there has been no answer!
Now i find out that a subscription fee of R25 has been charged to my account, because the account was not closed before the 12th of the month. it is not my fault that the account has not been closed because no one is answering the phone!!! so i will not pay R25
Please can someone contact me to close this account and write off the R25.
