On sat 14/12/2013, we decided to purchase a new LG washing machine at our Hypermarket. We received a good discount, as it was a display model and excellent service! Luzuko managed to organise us a delivery on the same day, as normally they do not deliver on a saturday. He definately went the extra mile by delivering our new washing machine at 17h00 only, as he could not reach the driver. The store closes at 5pm, so this was definately exceptional service. Thank you so much Pick'n Pay Hypermarket! We have been shoppers there now for the past 20 years and have never had bad service!
