My cousing went to clicks on tuesday with priscription from a Neurologist, shes having speech problem currently so she was unable to talk to them, the pharmacist decided to substitute the medication and gave her generic one instead of the prescribed one without communicating and getting input from her, I called clicks today and the pharmacist say they do that for affordability, my cousin never complained about the price firstly. My cousin's name is Blessing khumalo, she then went back to clicks to return the wrong medication and for them to give her the prescribed one, some lady there took the note (the one she wrote since she cant speak) and the prescription note from her and left without saying a word, she den came back after a while and gave her money.
she was not there for money, she needed the right medication, as she is not well she ned that medication, how can they treat a person who is not well like that, they took advantage of the fact that she cant speak. The lafy has no ubuntu, she was just rude and careless, shows how bad the world hss turned into. I need the lady and the pharmacist to apologize for all this mess.
