Today I visited PnP Hyper in Vanderbijlpark and enquired about purchasing a washing machine. The assistant was slow, but helpful. Unfortunately there was no stock of the washing machine and only the one on display left. When I enquired about any discount from the manager if I take the display model he became very defensive and rude. He never offered any assistance with regard to getting stock from another branch, etc. I had to wait for him to calm down before I could ask him whether it would be possible to get new stock. I expect this more from staff, but not from managers.
