EXTREMELY POOR CLIENT SERVICE

On Saturday the 28th Of January 2013 while doing our shopping at Pick N Pay Hypermarket we decided to get something to eat at Wimpy. We waited for someone to attend to us and also to show us our table.(as per Wimpy Instruction) We stood there for approximately 3-5min waiting while all the staff simply just ignored us, and not one making eye contact once! Not one person acknowledging us! When a staff member finally arrived they simply walk past me and my wife and puts up a CLOSED sign. Then walks away. If they were busy one person could atleast made eye contact or acknowledged us. I will never set my foot there again, nor advise anyone else to visit Wimpy inside Pick n Pay Hypermarket.
