ON THE 1ST OF MAY 2013 I PAID CASH FOR ITEMS I HAD PURCHASED AT THE ABOVE MENTIONED RETAILER A BED, FRIDGE & WASHING MACHINE. THE BED & FRIDGE WERE TO BE DELIVERED TO MY JHB ADDRESS AND THE WASHING MACHINE TO MY MOTHER IN THE EASTERN CAPE WHICH WAS 1 OF THE REASONS WHY I HAD DECIDED TO GO WITH MORKELS AS THEY HAVE A NATIONAL REACH. I WAS TOLD THAT DELIVERY WOULD BE DONE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE TRANSACTION. THE FRIDGE AND BED WERE DELIVERED TO MY JHB ADDRESS ON THE 9TH OF MAY 2013 AND NEEDLESS TO SAY MOTHER'S DAY CAME AND WENT AND WASHING MACHINE WAS NOT DELIVERED. ON THE SATURDAY 11/05/2013 I HAD CALLED THE BRANCH AND MY SALES CONSULTANT, JABU HLONGWANE AND SHE ASSURED ME THAT THE WAREHOUSE IN THE E.L. AREA HAD THE ITEM AND WOULD BE DISPATCHING IF NOT THAT SATURDAY THEN THE MONDAY 13/05/2013 AFTER MOTHER'S DAY. THE MONDAY CAME AND WENT AND NOTHING. THE TUESDAY 14/05/2013 I DECIDED TO CALL THE BRANCH TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE AND WAS PUT TO A STEVEN WHO IS THE STOCK CONTROLLER. NEEDLESS TO SAY HE ALSO GAVE ME ASSURANCES OF IT BEING DELIVERED AND STILL AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS AND REASSURANCES MY MOTHER STILL DOES NOT HAVE HER WASHING MACHINE. I'M VERY FRUSTRATED AND NOW WANT MY MONEY BACK.
