Today i went to return a Leapster Expolorer Gs as it was giving problems and switching off all the time.
i get told that the supliers are closed for the season and i will only get the unit back if it can be repair after 21 days. the policy states that in normal situation, the unit is sent for repairs, if it cannot be repair with a certain time, then the unit will be replaced. so my argument with the lady in customer services was simple, if the supliers are closed, it will take longer than 21 days, the unit is still under guarentee, so why is it so hard just to replace the unit, cause it is going to obviously take longer than 21 days as it is the festive season.
i will take this matter further, and i dont understand why game stores, or masstores give a guarentee on items and dont have a backup plan for the festive season, it is really sad and perthtic.
