This is now the umpteenth time that I 've had to take in a unit of Sony PlayStation 3 that is not working and now I have to pay to repair the unit. I was told the last time that the noise it makes will become better by one of the floor sales person because the unit is new and now due to his bad advice I'm responsible for this repair. I think not, Makro has to take responsibility for what their employees say and I want this unit fixed at no cost to me.

It was a faulty unit that caused this whole episode. I bought a new unit from Makro, not a furbished unit and I would think that after the third time they would give me a unit that actually WORKED.

I want this matter resolved ASAP.
