On 8 Sept I went to buy a bedroom suit which was displayed at R13, 999, 99. When we were about to complete paper work lebo thengimfene told me that the August sale has ended day before, the item is on Sept sale for R15, 999, 99 & she refused to sell me the item. I reported the matter to beares customer service. A week later oscar a oscar from bears protea glen called me & told me that I was not supposed to call customer service I should have spoken to him but he promised to sort my query & give me feed back. 2 Weeks later I call the shop to do a follow up, oscar told me that I can buy the item for R13.999.99 but he will give me the display not a new item & refused the display item then he said they don't have any new stock in the shop even other branches don't have but he will call me at the end of Oct they will receive new stock. On the last week of November I went to the shop again to check & lebo told me they don't have new stock, the new stock they receive goes to customer who have paid the item. On 11 Dec I went to pay we completed the form with lebo, oscar rejected the form said its too late for me to buy the item. Lebo said I'm talking nonsense.
