I took my 40" LED Hisense tv in for a repair on the 23 December 2013 as the unit kept on switching itself on and off. I received it back on the 17th January 2014, saying they had tested the unit.
When I took the unit home the buttons on the unit were now not working, which must have been damaged when they dis-assembled or assembled the unit.
So I returned the unit on 18th January 2014, and I still haven't received it back. So I have now been waiting for 41 days for my TV. I understand that the issue with the Hisense repair center, but the HiFi corp 21 day policy still stands.
