Recurring build up of ice on a frost free refrigerator which has once again malfunctioned in Summer!
Previously other unit was repaired, then replaced, then repaired on site and has now malfunctioned again.
Upon numerous requests received a small loan unit for inconvenience and awaiting delivery. Also loss of food items due to malfunction.
Durban Service Centre advised that unit must be refunded but the inconvenience does not compensate.
Since festive season has approached, I have noticed advertisements for this model, which is aesthetically appealing but obviously has a major problem.
Three year warranty explained well!
