I had had many reminders about the sale on currently, so naturally... i went to shop! I decided that while i was there i would pay my account instalment of R1800. After paying this i was told that i had no buying power because of the CUSHION LIMIT that was put on my account in December. I had never been asked or told about this until now. I was told by the teller that i could only spend again once i had cleared another R1400 from my account. So i then proceeded to put all the items back on the racks and walk out. I feel that this is extremely unacceptable. Why would an organisation just put the extra onto my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT?? I has told that it was because i was paying well. So the logic is pay well and we will, unknown to you, put you into EVEN MORE DEBT!! Next month i am going to have to pay R3000 instalment to clear the R1400... That is a new car payment!!!
