I have been paying my account on time every month never skipped a payment, then few months ago i realised my credit limit was increased without my concern. They keep sending messages asking if I want o increase my credit limit but i never respond, to my surprise the credit limit was in icreased by R100 when I ask they told me when i open the account I ticked that I want my credit limit to be increased without my concern which is not true the account was open years ago. How do they increase my limit without checking my affordability? No one could really explain why it happend. I am so diappointed with how they handle our accounts.
