Increasing my credit limit without my consent

I was at the till to pay for my purchases when she asked me if I was happy with my credit limit to which I replied I was and did not want further credit. She then proceeded to print a slip and asked me to sign. Since she had not rung up my goods yet I asked what is it I'm required to sign to which she replied"that I'm happy with my account the way it is" when reading the slip I noted that I was being asked to sign for an increase in credit I had clearly advised I did not want. When I asked her she says she doesn't know the computer automatically did that. When I told her I know the credit act and I know that increasing a consumers credit limit without there consent is illegal she said she didn't know. I refused to sign and said I want it reversed she put the slip aside and proceeded with ringing up my purchases. I called a passing supervisor who called a manager Charlette Davenhill who assisted. All the while my elderly parents whom I'd come to buy Christmas parents for waiting. To add insult to injury Sne did not remove security tags from clothes I paid for thereby resulting in me being stopped by security on my way out, everyone looking at me as though I what I paid for!
