On Saturday 14/12/2013 I made a purchase of R362.95 but was overcharged on the Speedpoint. An amount of R3629.85 was deducted from my account. They refused to give me my money back on the spot and said they can only do an EFT payment. I told them I need the money urgently and the manager assured me it will be in my bank in 10 minutes. For 2 hours we waited in the store only to get the proof of payment and see the money will be in my bank on 17/12/2013. This is a huge amount and it is not exceptable to wait that long for their mistake. They made no effort to accommodate me. This caused huge inconvenience and frustration.
