Wrongfully debiting after arrangement was made

Hi there ashley kay here i made arrangements with you guys on my monthly installment regarding my loan last month, but on the 26 of september you still debited my old payment arrangement of R840 after i made new payment arrangement for R400 then the 27 september you still debuted my account on our new arrangement i went to one of youre branches they said they cant assist me i should phone the call centre so did that they just told me that it was there mistake and they will reverse the amount of R840 as soon as it comes through on youre system, what i dont understand is that the R400 which you debited from my account was deducted from my owing amount, why must i wait for the R840 to show on youre system before you can reverse it, i need that money very urgently as i have a family to provide for, and what was the use of making payment arrangements if you just do whatever you want, im very dissapointed with the service pls reverse the R840 asap thank you, and how long before i can get my money back
