Homeless as a result of system fault

Went to purchase stuff at Pick & Pay on 1.07.2013 and demanded R1 000 CASH.The transaction wz declined twice, but to my surprise the sms i received informed that the whole amount had been returned to my account. Only R51 was put back not R1000.The store manager phoned the Standard Bank consultants who informed me that the money had indeed gone out of my account and P&P was supposed to give me the money. The store manager refused to so unless he wz given a written confirmation which the bank wz nt prepared to give. Thats when they said i should wait for 12 days for their investigations to be finalised. I have written emails to them to impress on the fact that i can not wait for 12 days as i need to use the money to pay my rent. The consultants and senior consultants have nothing to say to me but how sorry they are and waiting for the findings of this huge investigation, As i speak now my land lord has asked me to move out of my house because i have not been able to pay my rent. That money is not gaining any value for me and no one seems to care about that. This debacle is betwwen P & P and Standard Bank why am i even involved in the faults in their systems.where must i go now wit
