Hi Peter, I received a bad service from Miway short term Insurance that I have been using for the past 36 Months. The policy /Car was under Insured as the Value of the Car insured was less than the cra that was driving and on the 4th of November 2013 it was corrected, due to the difference in terms of payment, Miway decided to wanted to bebit the prorata amount and they could not find anything on my Account as I did not know that they will take it right away before the normal payment date which is 15th of every months and so they sent me a message on the 08th of November informing me that my car was not covered from the 04th to the 14/11/2013 and on the 15th of November they deducted R1, 700 which included the amount that I was not covered for, for which I don't Understand as I was not covered and they still charging me.

I am cancelling the policy because they overcharged me and they are telling me that I should give them a 30 Days Notice and for which I'm not willing to do because they are not refunding my money that they overcharged me.

Please assist me here.
