Ccomplaint about overcharge by african bank

They have overcharged me for loans that had and some that I still have and that includes a credit card. They double debited my acc in September this year but still claim that I am in arrears with 590 for my credit card even though I only missed one installment of 300. Everytime I query no one is able to explain why such a huge amount but the latest statement received shows that I am not in arrears and my credit card is up to date.i took out a loan for 16600 last year December and they tried debiting me 5 days after they had deposited the money in my acc but still charged me interest even though they made an error on their side. I made a settlement payout for another loan I had and they overcharged me with that too but never refunded my money and when I spoke to an agent during Oct she explained that I was being overcharged and she said she would lodge a complaint and get back to me in the morning but never did. I have been paying them lots of money but they still and from me as they debit my account on wrong dates that I never agreed to and I end up paying extra bank charges of which they have never offered to refund back to me.they are rude and unhelpful.
