Miss informed leading to penalty fees

I was told by customer service that there is no waiting period for money to be reflected when transferring money from one capitec account to another. Someone did a EFT payment into my account from another Capitec account on Saturday, but it is Monday and still no money is reflecting in my account. And my debit orders declined.
This is a huge inconvenience. I called Capitec, and they ask for a proof of payment. THe person who payed me then called Capitec with a proof of payment, but they told her another story - that it can take some time if she paid after 9pm. This was not conveyed to me when I called to inquire. I don't think its far being charged penatly fees for these transactions as I was mis informed. I'm also still waiting for my salary that was paid in Thursday am to reflect. This is a huge inconvenience.
