I was at CNA in the east rand mall today and i was looking for 15 Executive diaries. I could not find the whole amount of diaries i was looking for and settled for Normal diaries. when i came to the till to pay, asked Agnes if they had this spacific diary. she went back to the shelf to see if their is more diaries, she could not find any and she came back to the till to tell me she is going to the back to check the stock. She came back with all 15 diaries that i wanted from the beginning.
She is very friendly with great attitude. No work is to much for her. i hope that she can be recogniced for all her hard work and great service. She is a keeper at CNA!
