STUDENT LOAN - HUGE PROBLEMS!

I took out a student loan for my studies which I completed last year. At the beginning of this year, after starting to work, I wanted to start paying back my student loan. My mother (who took out the loan) has made numerous calls and been into the branch on many occasions but no one seems to give any direction as to how this process works. I do not understand why this cannot be loaded onto my online banking so that I can monitor how much I still owe the bank etc. This procedure has cost many hours and we have still gotten nowhere. The call center operators seem to be incompetent and fail to provide any sense of direction on this issue. The major concern is that a huge amount of interest is being deducted from my mothers account every month - however the actual loan taken out has not reduced in amount at all - although we have been told on numerous occasions that a debit order for this has been set up.

In conclusion, FNB has caused a huge amount of frustration over something I view should be a simple process as part of the service offered.
