Freezer not fixed after a week

On Sunday 8 December 2013 we came back after a weekend not being at home. We found that our food in the Defy F640 S/side is not frozen anymore. I reported it on Monday to Petrus at the branch and he logged the query to the headoffice. I phoned on Tuesday explaining that I'm getting family over for the Christmas holidays who arrives on 13 Dec. He told me that they have to wait for the headoffice to give the go ahead as this is a extended warrantee claim. On 11 Dec I phoned Anne Chamang at the headoffice and explained to her about my crisis. She said she will sort this out. 12 Dec Petrus phoned me and told me that they spoke to Anna and that she said that they are still busy to register the claim, and that they will call me as soon as he heard from headoffice. On 13 Dec I couldn't wait any longer as I know my family is arriving. I phoned the branch again and Petrus told me that they struggle to get hold of Anna but they will keep trying and let me know as soon as they spoke to her. I phoned headoffice again and I was told that Anna is out on the Christmaslunch? So I'm still sitting without a freezer and a house full of people. I think the problem is with the headoffice, not branch
