I purchased medication on the 16 of May 2013 - when i got home i realised that I earned 0 points and on the 17 may i phoned the headoffice to enquire about my points and the guy i spoke to had no interest he then told me to send an email to [Email Removed] - the email was then sent and after a few days i got a receipt which showed me that the email was deleted before it was read. I call this morning and Jade told me that they cant see the email i mean REALLY??? if this is the kind of service we received from Headoffice the stores should be closed!!! I want my points back or they must stop false advertising
