Useless and Frastrating Services

I applied for a loan in the beginning of August and was told by the consultant at the Port Elizabeth branch that all looks good and signed an offer. He then told me that someone will phone me from headoffice and to keep my phone on - its always on, but anyway, after 3 days of phoning headoffice and the PE branch, no one phoned me. I was then told that I was rejected, because the applicant does not exist!! What a joke! They take you finger print at the bank when you do your application - how can I not exist!! I then found out that the PE Consultant had the wrong cell number on the system! I re-applied and signed another offer and showed APPROVED on the system - happy days! But wait, I was told that headoffice will phone me and after that, just a touch of a button, the money will be in my account! Well, not do, I received a call from headoffice to do a validation or assessment or whatever it is. I then asked the guy what the next step would be and he said that all is approved and verified and I should phone my PE Branch for the funds. I called the branch and I was told I was DECLLINED!!! I spend exactly R125 airtime phoning PE Branch and headoffice - they are a joke!! Good luck to
