Account Blocked, Bad experience

We visited the Edgars branch in Standerton on Saterday 17 May. When we got to the till we heard that our account is blocked. We went to the consultants and were told that we have to wait until they get hold of headoffice. Apparently nobody answered the phones at headoffice on a saterday because we waited quite some time. When I asked the lady named Lungile how long we must wait she responded in a irretated matter that it will take a few minutes and we just have to wait! I do not appreciate the tone she used with me as I am a paying customer. I then asked her to call her manager, she laught at me. After the second time I asked to see the manager, she threw down the phone (that was on hold for headoffice) and called the manager. The Manager also had a verry bad attitude towards me.

The service I have received from the branch manager and the sales lady was so bad that I have decided to close my account with Edgars. At the end of the day I paid all outstanding money on my account and instructed them that they must close my account immediately. Apparrently I have to return to the consulatants table to contact headoffice (who do not answer) to close the account. PATHETIC
