I cancelled my gymcontract on the 19 of sept 2013 per e mail. The gym told me my last day of my contract will be 31 oct 2013. Needless to say they took money of my bankacc. end oct. I phoned Hennie (manager) to get hold of him is nearly impossible, he told me that he would sort it out. End oct two deductions plus increase. Went and spoke to Hennie in person, he told me they did everything they could the problem with headoffice. Phoned headoffice spoke to Bashier explained everything and he said he would sort it out. I phoned Bashier again just to check if everything was sorted and when our money would be paid back, hes on leave and the person that helped didnt know how much was getting paid back but he did know it was going to take fourteen days. Now i wait for the end of dec 2013.Feedback from Planet Fitness is non excistent
