I bought shoes on the 24th of Oct which I wore for less than 2 hours on the 26th of Oct and the heel broke. I took the shoes back to truworths Rosebank and the supervisor was called who said to me the shoes got broken because it looked like i walked on the lawn also. SO I asked him if that's the case should they get broken, are the shoes designed for certain conditions and if so where was the marking to say so. This is to me is a question of quality Ive had heels before which i wore alot none of this happened. The second issue is that when he took the shoes he said he will either call me back in 1 week to tell me to collect the shoes if they are not crediting them or they will reverse or credit my account if the find that there was something wrong with the shoe once it is back from QA/Cape Town. Its almost 2 months i have not received any call and my account was never reversed according to the system as I kept on enquiring at truworths. If my account was in areas they would have not wasted a minute to call me n remind me of that. Now they don't have the decency to call and give me the outcome of this matter. It clearly shows they only care about the money not the client.
