Poor Service form Kia branch and Headoffice

28/1 took Kia workhorse for service. Naseer service adviser not very helpful. I requested him to change my details and to keep the spares. At 4 the driver on the way to fetch me. At 16h35 I phoned Naseer to find out where driver was. He phones back driver in accident will sent new driver NOW. At 17H15 I phoned the nr Naseer gave me no answer. I wait in the rain. At 6 driver arrives. At the branch people already in cars in a hurry, I get my paper and leave. At home I see no changes to paperwork and no spares. 29/1 I phone Kia SA to lodge a complaint after 15 min no Brandon I then asked the lady on switchboard her name she puts phone down in my ear. I phone back a lady Anna answer and I leave a message with her that the CEO Ray Levine should call me I have a complaint, she informed me only after 2 he in board meeting. At 15h39 I phone Anna, sorry the CEO wont phone you. Asking her why did you not inform me this morning she puts the phone down in my ear. So with this kind of service no changes to papers, no spares, waiting 2 hours no feedback from Naseer, Cant lodge a complaint with Kia SA, their people put the phone down in your ear. I am wondering was the Kia properly serviced?
