Defy's Useless Service

I bought a chest freezer from Hirsch's in Fourways in December 2012. On the 13 of January 2013 the freezer stopped working and all my frozen food went off. So I called the sales person and they got Defy out to have a look it on the 15th of January. The technician told me that the gas had run out and it was a factory fault. So he re-gassed the freezer and it started working again. But then on the 9th of Feb 2013 I noticed that it stopped working again. So I called the salesman again on Sunday the 10th and told him that its not working again. So he called Defy again and a new technician came out on the 13th of February. The man arrives and all he tells is that its needs to be picked up so that they can assess the problem at the office. So I wait and finally get a call on the morning of Friday the 15th of Feb saying that they will pick it up the freezer that Friday afternoon. So I wait and I wait and no arrives. The next morning I get a call from the driver telling me he is outside my house to collect fridge. They didn't even give me notice that someone would be there on the Saturday. To this day my freezer which is only two months old and broken twice has still not been picked up!!!
