As a young university student, I find balancing my budget on limited funds difficult. It is for this reason that I find the companies 10 day return policy hard to stomach. Firstly when I initially purchased the (very expensive for me) dress the thought of not being able to return it did not even cross my mind and I was not reminded of the 10 day return policy on purchase. Sadly due to unforeseen expenses I am now faced with no choice but to return it. This is when I was first told of the 10 day policy. I find this unacceptable as I have not come across this in any other store and I am surely within my consumer rights to return an undamaged, tagged dress with a receipt within 30 days? I await your speedy response on this matter and trust that you will not hold me to this ridiculous policy.
