On 22 Jan 2013 I bought myself a dress and shoes on my YDE account. The following day my husband returns the shoes for a bigger size and YDE Century DOES NOT hand the original receipt to my husband.
So when I check the dress I can see that it has been worn and the bottom of the dress is dirty.
I never returned the dress sooner because i now didn't have the receipt.
So I contact Head Office about the matter and was told that I can return it because it can be picked up on the system.
So I go to YDE Tygervalley today and was told by Tarryn and Musa (NOT VERY HELPFUL) about a 14 day return policy as it has now been 20 days later.
I DO NOT this dirty dress that has been worn. The price tags are still attached and if YDE gaveback the original receipt it wouldve been brought back within 14 days.
I set aside a dress which they can only keep until tomorrow.
I want that dress cancelled and my husband will be fetching the set aside. I am sending him with my card and I D n seriously want NO GRIEF from YDE!!!
Awaiting a call first thing in the morning.
