Good Day

I placed an order with Home Choice first week of Nov, I than specifically asked them to deliver on a Saturday. The parcel was than apparently delivered and signed for y a 3rd party not known to me. I than called the call centre to enquire about the status of my delivery, I was told the parcel was already delivered.

I was upset because I had not received the parcel. I was told by 1 of the call centre agents to fax an Avidavit, which I did week following. I made many enquiries and was told numerous times that my fax was received and than the credit dep needs to credit my account. Till today my account is still owing which inturn affects my credit rating. WHAT THE IS GOING ON, maaaaany emails have been apparently sent to the Credit dep but till today I find no joy with Home Choice. I sent an email to LGILLION who promised and promised to get back to me... TILL today. Please call me urgently
