I so wish that Woolworths would extend it's returns policy beyond one month in special circumstances. I purchased a dress there on 16 December 2013. I then went away and attempted to wear the dress upon my return. The dress was however a medium and not a large and it was now 18 January 2014 - two days past the return policy period. I should have double-checked but the hanger size showed LARGE and Woollies being as organised as they are, I took the dress. Why not treat your return policy on a case by case basis for such instances? I would love to return the dress for something else that is suitable.
