I bought a Flavor Oven from the Kenilwork Homemark store. We then prepared one of the recipes provided the product took 3x more than specified. This is contary to its advert of "saving energy". I was unhappy with this and returned to the store to return the product in its package. According to the reurns policy I am within my rights to return the product within 7 days and get a refund. The store representative said the store has its own policy that they could not accept used product but this policy was not written elsewhere nor was it given to me upon purchase of the said product. I am not willing to exhange for other product that I was not initially intending to possess. I have returned home with this product and I am hoping someone can assist.
