3 weeks, still no proof of insurance

I bought a phone from TFG hi-direct about 3 weeks ago now, at first i struggled getting the phone insured at Markham Highveld mall, then after a big run around they insured the phone telephonically on the 26/7th November 2013 and I was told the policy documents would be posted and I agreed but requested they be emailed also, and they consultant agreed.

To date, despite my wasting of airtime calling in several times and being promised the same thing, "policy schedule will be emailed today" I still haven't received anything from these people.

Are you maybe waiting for the day something happens to the phone so you can come out and say it was not insured?
