Poor Packaging, Communication and Damaged Goods

I WAS a fan! NOT ANYMORE!!! It started when i ordered Further Duck set, a few days later i receive an sms that the order will be delayed by 2weeks! Immediately, i cancelled it! Why was my order taken at first? However, i let it pass. Then i ordered 2 sets of pots, each amounting to almost R3000. They were delivered on time (great!). BUT!! The packaging of the other set was poor! An OLD, box was used! Full of old tapes! HC tapes were then on top of those ones. The box was wrinkled even! (Can't i post pictures? I wish i could!) I didn't bother to open it. The other set was perfectly packaged! you'd swear it wasn't from the same company. Until i opened it and discovered the pots had dents and scratches. Both sets were sent back the following morning. I called/emailed/faxed even the proof the same day! Some Asanda girl called on Monday 9/12/2013 regarding the account/packages, i told her they were both sent back last month, SHE HANGED UP IN MY EAR! REALLY???! WOW!
